Projectors
Bi-xenon projectors are different from a single xenon projector because they have a built-in motor (solenoid) that when activated allows the cutoff shield to move. This alteration to the cutoff shield permits light to escape up-wards. In other words, bi-xenon projectors have the ability to function as both low-beam and high-beam (when activated). Bi-xenon projectors are strongly recommended for vehicles that come equipped with a dual filament bulb, i.e. 9004 and 9007, so they can maintain high-beam functionality.

The TL projector is regarded as one of the best bi-xenons [a single projector with both low-beam and high-beam functionality] available, because of the bright output and width. With a 3" lens this projector is preferred by those with a larger headlight to take-up as much space as possible. Though uncommon, these projectors can also be retrofitted into smaller headlights.
